Owner & Project Manager

Ryan Hill is the Project Manager and owner of Rainbow International of Vancouver Island. Ryan brings over 20 years of construction experience and extensive project management expertise to the team. Ryan is an exceptional leader who demonstrates compassion, respect and integrity with industry professionals, staff and customers. Due to Ryan’s commitment to providing outstanding customer service, the Vancouver Island office has been recognized with the Franchisee of the month award three times. Ryan loves spending time outdoors with his family and two dogs.

Owner & Business Development Associate

Rebecca Hill is the Business Development Associate and owner of Rainbow International of Vancouver Island. The relationships Rebecca and her team have built, have contributed to their achievement of the Personal Best Award for ‘year over year’ sales in the Rainbow Franchise System. Rebecca utilizes her training as a music therapist to bring compassion and connection to her customers. She understands that her company has a unique opportunity to help people recover when they have experienced damage to their home or business. Ultimately, they don’t just restore homes and businesses; they restore value, stability, and peace of mind.

General Manager

As Rainbow’s General Manager, Brad is responsible for bridging the companies vision and values with day to day operations. He has a variety of leadership experience spanning trucking and equipment rentals, plumbing and drainage services and leading large professional services teams in both government and private software implementation and customization projects. After experiencing Rainbow’s services first-hand as a customer, Brad was instantly sold on the Vision, Values and emphasis placed on the customer experience. He’s excited to help Rainbow continue to achieve new levels of success.

Project Manager

Rick Marshall brings over 20 years of project management experience to the Rainbow Team. His excellent communication skills and attention to detail help put customers at ease and demonstrate his commitment to exceptional customer service. Rick utilizes his strong organizational skills to efficiently and effectively manage projects ranging from small residential losses to large catastrophes. Rick is an avid outdoors man and loves mountaineering.

Project Manager

As a project manager with Rainbow International, Dave Dyck brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team and has an exceptional ability to bring a sense of calm to customers during a trying time. Dave utilizes his interest in technology to bring cutting edge systems and processes to property damage restoration. His contribution helps ensure a compassionate, expedient and professional response to every project. Born and raised in Nanaimo, Dave enjoys exploring the geography of beautiful Vancouver Island.

Our Training and Certifications:

Rainbow International of Vancouver Island is an IICRC certified firm and is committed to following the ethical guidelines provided through the IICRC and seeking on-going training.  Ryan and Rebecca are certified in the following through the IICRC:

WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician
ASD – Applied Structural Drying
OCT – Odour Control Technician
AMRT – Applied Microbial Remediation Technician
FSRT – Fire and Smoke Remediation Technician
CCT – Carpet Cleaning Technician

Ryan has also completed training in Successful Subrogation for restoration contractors and Xactimate training v.25.
