Your local Rainbow International experience begins with Franchise owner Joe Wood and extends from the office staff to your on-site crew and supervisor.
Joe's passion for and knowledge about home and business restoration and cleaning gets a boost from years of experience as both a building contractor and professional firefighter prior to opening his Central-Western Mass. in 2011. Joe began as a junior firefighter at age 15 and remains a call firefighter to this day. The Woods are happy to spend time with their children and active in their church.
But whenever called upon, Joe is ready to work through to complete restoration.
"What I consider my personal strength," Joe says, "is to break each room or space down into its own entity, to find solutions quickly. That takes down the degree of difficulty to take it on and rebuild."
