Our Team

Rainbow International® of Vancouver Island is independently owned and operated by Ryan and Rebecca Hill.  Although Rainbow International is new to Vancouver Island Ryan and Rebecca are not new to the restoration industry. Ryan and Rebecca have had the benefit of seeing all of the aspects of the restoration industry from the emergency mitigation to the completion of the reconstruction process. 

Ryan Hill / President, Project Manager

Ryan worked as a project manager with Rainbow International of Calgary for two years before opening the franchise here.  The Calgary franchise is the largest in a network of over 300 franchises worldwide and completed work on over 1000 claims in 2009.  Ryan personally managed over $1,000,000 in claims in 2009.  Ryan was also the project manager in charge of quality control for the franchise and is especially adept at problem solving and ensuring the customers’ expectations are met in even the most challenging circumstances.  In addition to his experience with Rainbow International of Calgary, Ryan completed two weeks of technical training.

Rebecca Hill / Manager of Finance and Administration

Rebecca spent 6 months working in the office and in the field with the Calgary franchise perfecting the systems that have contributed to the success of Rainbow International Calgary.  Along with Ryan, Rebecca completed business training with the Dwyer group prior to opening Rainbow International of Vancouver Island. 

In order to stay abreast of the advances occurring in the restoration industry Ryan and Rebecca are committed to ongoing training through yearly Rainbow International conferences and IICRC training.

Rainbow International of Vancouver Island opened its doors for business on October 18th, 2010 with the goal of providing exceptional customer service with industry leading technology to the residents of Vancouver Island from Victoria to Comox.

Our Training and Certifications:

Rainbow International of Vancouver Island is an IICRC certified firm and is committed to following the ethical guidelines provided through the IICRC and seeking on-going training.  Ryan and Rebecca are certified in the following through the IICRC:

WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician
ASD – Applied Structural Drying
OCT – Odour Control Technician
AMRT – Applied Microbial Remediation Technician
FSRT – Fire and Smoke Remediation Technician
CCT – Carpet Cleaning Technician

Ryan has also completed training in Successful Subrogation for restoration contractors and Xactimate training v.25.
