Owner/Project Manager - Gary Johnson

Gary has been an entrepreneur in his community, helping homeowners achieve their dreams since the 1970's. Starting out in business as a contractor, Gary realized the needs of property owners and understood the need for a high level of customer service. In 2007, Gary saw the need for a top notch restoration service based company in NEPA. As he began researching franchise companies, he decided that he would only be comfortable representing a franchisor that mirrored his strong belief that excellent customer service would be the key to success. After a few years had passed, he found Rainbow International. The 17 Steps of World Class Customer Service as well as the companies Code of Values sealed the deal for Gary. Now he can help property owners in their time of need while providing the highest level of customer service. Gary has the training, knowledge and experience to not only own a restoration franchise, but actually excel and surpass his competitors. Gary is a proud Vietnam Veteran, father, husband, grandfather and lifelong Springville, PA native.


Mold Specialist - Jack Fiedler

Jack Fiedler has worked with the owner of our local franchise for over 10 years. He has extensive knowledge in the construction field as well as a great knack for understanding a situation from the homeowner's point of view.

Jack holds certification with the IICRC in Applied Microbial Remediation, Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Remediation. In October 2010, Jack completed a course titled "EPA/HHD Model Renovator" to expand his knowledge of government regulations.


Estimator - Tammy Homet
Tammy Homet is certified by the IICRC as a  Water Restoration Technician and is additionally certified in Applied Structural Drying. She excells in the understanding and application of the processes and techniques utilized by the Rainbow Team. While creating estimates, Tammy utilizes Xactimate Estimating Software. Xactimate was created by the insurance and restoration industry to gain a common ground on all pricing when working on an insurance claim. Utilizing this technology allows Tammy to process a claim quickly and efficiently.

Tammy's attention to detail and excellent customer service skills, have allowed our company to maintain and grow relationships with insurance agents, insurance adjusters, and homeowners.
