They did a great job of reassuring us that we didn’t have to do anything, they cleaned and packed our valuables and stored them in a safe place. Everything was managed quickly and professionally. The workers, Darren and Flo came back today to finish cleaning up. They did a fantastic job. I will have no problem in having them come back to do the repairs subject to the estimate.

Dear Dave,
I want to thank you and your crew for restoring my en-suite bathroom to pristine condition after being soaked because of an overflowing sink on the upper floor. The men, who worked here, no matter what time of day, were extremely polite, thoughtful, quiet, considerate and most important to me, used not a single word of bad language.

When the restoration was ordered, I was sure that I'd find the process too long and very awkward, but neither happened.
